Melissa Mayton joined the Chamber staff in December of 2014. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications. Before joining the Chamber, Melissa worked for 10 years in print media in several roles including reporting, editing, design, marketing and social media. A 2019 graduate of the US Chamber’s Institute of Organization Management, Melissa is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Dawson and Georgia Academy of Economic Development. She is Secretary of Kiwanis Club of Dawson County. In her free time, Melissa enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, with her husband Wade and son Daniel as well as kayaking and paddle boarding on Lake Lanier.

My name is Vivian Huthwaite. I am married to an Amazing husband who is a Dentist and owns a practice in Gainesville and we have three beautiful daughters between us. I feel so blessed to be in a business that I Love! After two of our three daughters went off to college, I started working on The Just Sold Team of Century 21 Results as The Creative Marketing Director. That turned into me going to school achieving and securing my Georgia Real Estate License. I am a Member of The 400 North Association of REALTORS as well as The Natioal Association of REALTORS and The Georgia Association of REALTORS. And now, a Very Proud member of The Dawson County Chamber of Commerce. The Just Sold Team is becoming one of the fastest growing teams in the North Georgia area and I am so happy to be a part of this Team and Century 21 Results!

Owner/Operator of Home Helpers of Gainesville.  We are non-medical, in-home health care agency servicing Dawsonville, Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Braselton and surrounding areas.  We provide personal care, companion care, respite care, Alzheimer's and Dementia care, Developmental Disabilities assistance, nutrition and wellness, transportation, etc. to seniors and others in need.

My Name is Heather Warner and I moved to Dawson County in 2011 after marrying my Sweet Husband and fellow Chamber Member, Chet Warner. I was initially licensed in Real Estate in 2005 and am excited to be back doing what I Love!  I have a 20 Year old daughter who is a licensed master cosmetologist and a 16 year old son at Dawson County High School. I am thrilled to be working with Maximum One Premier, Realtors® right here in Dawsonville.  This company has so many incredible people and opportunities for growth and development and I am proud to be part of it.  I am a current member of NAR®, GAR®, 400 North Board or Realtors® and an Enthusiastic Member and Ambassador of The Dawson County Chamber of Commerce.  I also enjoy helping other local charities and organizations in this great Town I get to call Home. I look forward to meeting new people in my Community, growing my business and watching others succeed in this great county we live in!
