Contract Administrator

Job Description
Prepares and generates contracts related to accounts under management in support of financial advisors. This person is responsible for verifying, validating, reviewing and finalizing all contracts. Contract Administrator is the liaison between our Financial Advisors and custodial institutions. Looking for a prepared, optimistic and energetic team member. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Executes client contracts from start to finish accurately and in a timely manner
  • Answers questions from financial advisors and client relations manager regarding contract status
  • Updates database with status of accounts for all contracts
  • Generates weekly progress reports and reports to Financial Advisors
  • Provides clerical support to the client relations manager as directed
  • Handles general office duties to support the team
